I am a Mortgage Originator and work from a home office.  My computer is completely seperate from that of my company office.  Everything I need is on my computer.  I had not backed up my files. Then my computer would not turn on.  I was frantic every client was in my computer, I had no phone numbers, no information regarding any file in progress.  I called Thompson's Mobile Media.  Rob came to my home office that afternoon and spent some time trying to figure out what had happened.  He was able to find the problem and fix it right at my home.  I was back in business that day.  I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and general helpfullness.  My computer is working fine now.  Several years ago I had a similiar problem, after paying $200 for someone to come out, they took my computer and after a week said it was fried.  Another $1000 and they built me a new one which lasted a year.  I was sceptical to call someone out again, but was very happy to have found Thompson's Mobile Media.  I know I now have someone I can trust.  I know of several other people in my field that work from home offices and if they ever have a computer problem I will tell them to call Rob.
